At Boitorony , we strive to ensure that every purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-centric. Change of mind is not applicable.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
